All I can say is wow!
I was doing a studio shoot, and it was pretty cold outside. I talked the crew into giving me 5 mins to do a quick shot with the new gear. So I grabbed two of the XMT heads with the controller and headed outside.
The Bowens XMT heads are so light, that I grabbed both with my camera around my neck. The cool thing, is that the batteries are so small, that on location I could carry a bunch with not a lot of weight. More on that in my later review.
I set up my main on TTL and let the camera meter do the work. I set the other on half power, and it was triggered by the same remote.
I racked off about 20 frames in a few minutes and went inside. I was amazed at how spot on the TTL worked and how easy it was to set up.
You can see in this shot the set up.
I will be doing more extensive set ups and how to's in the near future, so stay tuned!
